Leicester Orange is a vermilion orange sanded plain tile with a regular crisp edge which can work well as a facing brick where a monotone appearance is required.
These are fully frost resistant and are perfectly suited to modular builds or over-cladding timber frame buildings utilising a brick slip tracking system as they require, due to their uniform nature, very regular horizontal and vertical perpend joints.
When using irregular product such as a handmade or reclaimed product the misalignment of a small amount of joints is not so easily picked up by the eye and therefore a system is not so critical however we strongly recommend a system or the labour force will have to spend a long time making sure everything is nicely lined up using stringer lines/laser levels and their 'eyes'
