Sand Moulded 'Stocks' that are colour seconds are perfect for over-painting (usually with white masonry paint or whitewash).
These are discounted end-of-line or colour-seconds and may be mixed colours.
These are not pre-painted. You would have to paint the mortar joints afterwards in any event.
