The retail restaurant business ‘Miller and Carter’ chose to incorporate the timeless look of brick slips into their nationwide restaurant refurbishment program.
Alongside the high quality furnishings and finishing the warmth and texture of brick was incorporated in feature walls and brick columns throughout the design.
We were approached by the client to develop a product as an alternative to the specified brick which was no longer viable to use for the on-going refurbishment program. We developed and went into production with the alternative within three weeks and have been supplying the alternative into sites across the UK.
This product was relatively straight forward to develop given our experience with product development in the clay industry and is often how we create new products for the general public to buy.
